BMS upper computer usage tutorial¶
1.上位机软件安装 Host Computer Software Installation¶
双击软件安装包”BMS-V12.0”，弹出以下界面。 Double-click the software installation package ”BMS-V12.0”to open the following interface.
鼠标左键单击“Next”，弹出如下界面。 Left-click 'Next' with the mouse, and the following interface will pop up.
选择合适的安装路径，然后单击“next”，弹出如下界面。 Choose the appropriate installation path, then click 'Next,' and the following interface will appear.
再次单击“Next”，程序将进行自动安装好，如下界面。 Click 'Next' again, and the program will automatically install. The following interface will appear.
等待安装完毕，最后，单击“Close”即安装完毕，此时在电脑桌面会产生快捷图标”BMS-V12.0”。 Wait for the installation to complete. Finally, click 'Close' to finish the installation. A shortcut icon （BMS-V12.0）will be created on the computer desktop.
2.通信盒设置 Communication box settings¶
BMS通信盒可以通过跳线帽短接配置成多种通信模式，常用的通信模式是CAN或者RS485。如下图所示，将通信盒的上盖打开后，跳线帽处于L和H上，代表着通信盒被设置为了CAN通信，如果跳线帽处于A和B上，代表着通信盒被设置为了RS485通信。
The BMS communication box can be configured into multiple communication modes by short-circuiting with jumper caps. The commonly used communication modes are CAN or RS485. As shown in the figure below, after opening the upper cover of the communication box, if the jumper cap is on L and H, it indicates that the communication box is set to CAN communication; if the jumper cap is on A and B, it means the communication box is set to RS485 communication.
3.上位机设置 Host Computer Software Configuration¶
鼠标左键双击桌面图标“BMS-V12.0”，弹出以下界面，进行语言设置，请选择“English（E）”。 Double-click the desktop icon 'BMS-V12.0' with the left mouse button to open the following interface. For language settings, please choose 'English (E)'.
鼠标左键单击“Project”，如下图所示。
Click the left mouse button on "Project", as shown in the following figure.
选择“Comm.Test”进行通信盒通信方式设置。如下图所示，根据通信盒设置中跳线帽的位置，选择对应的通信方式，并点击”set”键，如果电脑与通信盒能正常通信，“Set”按键处会短暂显示显示“Set successful”。
Select 'Comm. Test' to set the communication method for the communication box. As shown in the figure below, select the corresponding communication method based on the position of the jumper cap in the communication box settings, and click the "set" button. If the computer and communication box can communicate normally, the "Set" button will briefly display "Set successful".
鼠标左键单击“Communication”，进行通信设置。根据通信盒设置中跳线帽的位置，选择对应的通信方式，如下图所示。
Click the left mouse button on "Communication" to access the communication settings. Based on the position of the jumper cap in the communication box settings, select the corresponding communication method, as shown in the figure below.
4.电池连接 Battery Connection¶
找到下图中的电缆和工具。下图是1代电池的连接电缆，接口是2+6的连接器。如果您的电池是2代电池，接口为2+8连接器，请根据接口定义（查看电池说明书或使用手册）自行连接。 Locate the cables and tools as shown in the following picture. The following figure shows the connection cable of the first generation battery, with a 2+6 connector interface. If your battery interface is a 2+8 connector, please connect it yourself according to the interface definition (refer to the battery manual or user manual).
按照下图连接好。
Connect according to the diagram below.
电池连接成功后，打开电脑端的上位机，能正常显示电池数据、通信盒的两颗绿灯不停地闪烁，说明上位机与电池已正常连接，如下图。 After successfully connecting the battery, open the host computer software. If the battery data is displayed correctly, and the two green lights on the communication box are continuously flashing, it indicates that the host computer is successfully connected to the battery, as shown in the following picture.
5.BMS软件升级 BMS Software Upgrade¶
单击上位机“Download”，弹出以下界面。 Click on the 'Download' option in the host computer, and the following interface will pop up.
选择程序下载方式“CAN”，通过“Load”,选择电池BMS的程序，完成程序载入。 Select the program download method as 'CAN' ,click 'Load' ,and choose the program for the battery BMS to complete the program loading.
单击“打开（Open）”，此时在窗口可看到程序路径，再点击“Download to BMS”。 Click 'Open' ,and you will see the program path in the window. Then, click 'Download to BMS.
这时上位机会显示为灰色，右下角会有下载的进度条，当达到100%的时候，程序下载完毕，电池内会发出“嘀嘀”两声。 At this point, the host computer will be displayed in gray, and there will be a download progress bar in the lower right corner. When it reaches 100%, the program download is complete, and the battery will emit two 'beep' sounds.
单击下图中的“Read”按钮，可以看到BMS 的编码和程序时间，同时右下角会显示BMS的硬件和软件版本号。 Click the 'Read' button in the image below to view the BMS code and program time. At the same time, the hardware and software version numbers of the BMS will be displayed in the lower right corner.
