3.4 浪涌电流(Inrush Current)

环境温度为 25℃,输入 220Vac 冷态起动电源时的最大浪涌电流小于 100A。

3.5 AC 漏电流(AC Leakage Current)

输入电压 240Vac 时,最大漏电流为 3.5mA。

4 输出及充电特性(Output and Charging Features)

2.1 充电状态与充电指示(@输入 230Vac,25 度)

2.3 纹波和噪音(Ripple and Noise)

额定负载额定输入电压下,输出电压的纹波电压值小于额定输出电压的 5%.

Output ripple & noise voltage shall be less than 5% of rated output voltage when in rated loading & voltage condition.

2.4 启动延迟时间(Turn on Delay Time)

输入 230Vac 时,最大启动延迟时间为 5S

The start-up delay time is less than 5S when AC input 230Vac.

2.5 效率(Efficiency)

输入 230Vac 额定带载 81V/20A,效率大于 92%。

The Efficiency above 92% when input is 230Vac and rated loading is 81Vdc/10A.

2.6 反灌电流 (Sink Current)

充电器输入关闭,电池包与充电器输出相连接时,充电器反向漏电流将小于 250uA.

When the charger input is turned off and Charger output is connected with battery pack, the charger’s reverse leakage current will be less than 250uA.

3. 保护功能(Protection Functions)

3.1 短路电路保护(Short Circuit Protection)

充电时输出短路充电器会关闭输出,短路解除并重启电器后,充电器自动回复正常工作。

The charger will turn off the output if short-circuit occurred when charging; And the charger will automatically resume normal work after the short-circuit was removed and re-powered.

3.2 过流保护(Over Current Protection)

输出过流充电器锁住无输出,红色 LED 闪烁。

Output over current charger locks no output. Red LED flashing

3.3 过压保护(Over Voltage Protection)

一级保护:输出电压超过额定输出电压 3%时,充电器启动过压保护禁止输出, 故障排除后即可恢复正常。

Level-I State protection: Charger starts the over voltage protection and stops the output when output voltage exceeds 3% of the rated output voltage; The charger will resume to normal work when fault was removed.

二级保护:输出电压超过额定输出电压 6%时,充电器启动过压保护禁止输出,故障排除后即可恢复正常。

Level-II State protection: Charger starts the over voltage protection and stops the output when output voltage exceeds 6% of the rated output voltage; The charger will resume to normal work when fault was removed.

3.4 反接保护(Reverse Polarity Protection)

当充电电池包正负反接时,充电器将保护,故障排除后即可恢复正常工作。

Charger will be reverse connection protection when + & - of battery pack and charger was reverse connected;

The charger will resume to normal work when fault was removed.

3.5 过温保护(Over Temperature Protection)

当充电器的内部温度超过设定值时,充电器的充电电流降低为额定电流的 2/3;

若温度继续升高超过温度上限值时,充电器停止充电,此时指示灯显示 2 红 1 绿;

当温度降低到设定的最小值时,充电器自动恢复工作。

Charging current will be reduced to 2/3 of the rated current when charger’s internal temperature over the set value;

Charging will be stop and indicator LED flickering with 2 Red & 1 Green alternately when charger’s internal temperature above the upper limit;

Charging resume normal work automatically when temperature lower than the minimum set value.

3.6 定时保护(Timing protection)

当充电时间超过 16小时,充电器应停止工作。自动恢复。

When the charging time exceeds 16 hours, the charger should stop working.

Automatic recovery.

4 通信协议(Communication protocol)

充电器带 CAN 通信功能,充电器内部带有 120 欧姆终端电阻。通信协议详见具体文件。

The charger is equipped with CAN communication function and has a 120 ohm terminal resistor inside. Please refer to the specific document for the communication protocol.

5 降额曲线(Derating curve)

输入电压小于 170V时,电源输出电流降到 50%,输入电压小于170V时,电流打折56%;

When the input voltage is less than 170V, the output current of the power supply drops to 50%. When the input voltage is less than 170V, the current is reduced by 56%;

当温度升到 45±5℃时,电源输出电流降到 70%;

When the temperature rises to 45 ± 5 ℃, the output current of the power supply drops to 70%;

当温度超过 65±5℃时,电源 OTP 保护。

When the temperature exceeds 65 ± 5 ℃, the power OTP protection is activated.
